Good Ideas Need Space
I once was listening to a startup and entrepreneurship podcast, and the podcast host said, “95% of my ideas came to me on the trip.” And I thought to myself, “That is 100% true!”
In March of 2019, I felt that I was ready to start my own business that time, I was in my 3rd year B.Tech. The only problem was — I didn’t know what business I wanted to start.
I spent several weeks thinking about it and trying to come up with a good idea. Nothing was helping. And then I plan to go to Bangalore on a solo trip, I go there to explore too many things, and one perfect idea just gets popped into my head on this trip — and I’m not even kidding.
So next time you are trying to come up with an idea, or make an important decision — Go on the solo trip. Joking!
But seriously, slowing down and giving your thoughts room to breathe help. Trust me.
